Like truffles, highly prized by kings, queens and gourmands, we are nestled in the heart of Lake Charles, awaiting to be discovered by those with a keen sense of taste for the finest food, service and atmosphere.

The menus vary on a seasonal basis to assure the freshness demanded by Chef Mohamed and Arthur, and guests will surely notice and appreciate. All menu items are made on the premises, in the kitchen which has been tailored to meet their specifications for quality, efficiency and cleanliness, including the European style breads, sauces, soups, stocks, desserts and even the lagniappe signature "truffe" served upon dinners completion. A full sensory experience will ensue with the sights, aromas, tastes and textures of the skillfully prepared foods.
