FEATURED WINES
Following are our strong recommendations to consider when selecting a wine for your evening. We have included some notes on these exceptional wines and encourage you to take this opportunity to enhance your dining experience.

Champagne
Janisson & Fils, Brut, Tradition à Verzenay N.V. $64.
(a D.C. Flynt Selection)
70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, cellar aged 30 months. The attack is fresh and harmonious with a gentle, enticing acidity. The effervescence reinforces the freshness and galvanizes the taste. As the wine temperature rises it develops a soft, almost velvety texture. Hints of marshmallow and almond give the cuvee a real distinctness.

White Wine
Friulano, Villa Russiz, Collio, Italy 2016 $42.
Pale straw with greenish tints, with a strong round flavor, and characteristic notes of almonds and chamomile flowers. Has a slightly lower acidity than the other wines in this range. The wine is kept on its lees for at least 6 months before bottling.

Red Wine
One Point Five, Shafer, Stag’s Leap District, Napa 2018 $158.
Composed of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Malbec, the deep garnet-purple colored 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon One Point Five charges out of the gate with notes of crème de cassis, chocolate-covered cherries and blackberry pie plus suggestions of bay leaves, fertile loam and pencil shavings. Medium to full-bodied, the mouth is completely coated with juicy black fruit flavors, supported by plush tannins and fantastic freshness, finishing with an invigorating herbal lift
